Springfield – Longmeadow Travel Clinic Services
Destination Health Travel Clinic makes preparing for your international trip an easy and welcoming experience with expert advice and hard-to-find travel vaccines and malaria medication. We are a CDC certified Yellow Fever vaccination site and provide additional vaccines to protect your health for your trip including; Typhoid Fever, Cholera, Chikungunya, Hepatitis A, Japanese Encephalitis, Polio, Meningitis, Rabies for humans use, and Tick-borne Encephalitis (TBE). Additionally a prescription for malaria tablets or altitude illness pills can be provided during an appointment. For many travelers, dengue fever and traveler’s diarrhea are also a concern which will also be discussed during your pre-travel visit.
Many doctor’s offices and pharmacies do not carry or order specialty travel vaccines nor provide malaria prescriptions. Not to worry because Destination Health clinic does not require a physician referral and appointments can be scheduled online or by calling the office. Location Details
Destination Health Travel Clinic is located within the Longmeadow Professional Park, just a few minutes south of Springfield, MA. The building is north of the intersection of Dwight Road and Converse Street.
Look for the building marked 175, which is the third structure within Longmeadow Professional Park. There is ample free parking outside of the building. Once inside the lobby, take the elevator to the third floor and follow signage to suite 303.
The business park is across the street from the Longmeadow Public Works Department and immediately south of Franconia Golf Course.

We recommend using Google Maps or Apple Maps when navigating to the office. While the clinic is near the Forest Park neighborhood of Springfield, MA the clinic is a Longmeadow, MA address.
From the North – including driving from Amherst, MA – Chicopee, MA – Greenfield, MA – Holyoke, MA – Northampton, MA – South Hadley, MA – Brattleboro, VT
Take I-91 or 391 S. until exit 1 to US-5 S (Columbus Ave). Turn left on Converse St and continue for ~2 miles until Dwight Rd. Turn left on Dwight Rd and look for Longmeadow Professional Office Park on the right hand side. The clinic is in the third building which is marked #175. Take I-90 W to 291 W to I-91 S until exit 1 to US-5 S (Columbus Ave). Turn left on Converse St and continue for ~2 miles until Dwight Rd. Turn left on Dwight Rd and look for Longmeadow Professional Office Park on the right hand side. The third building is #175.

Destination Health is the only full-service travel clinic open to the general public in the Springfield, MA area. We welcome patients without referral including from other states such as Connecticut and Vermont.
